Dog refuses to leave grave; woman sneaks up to find out the truth

People initially believed this dog was mourning her deceased owner and longing to see him again when they saw a photo of her digging a hole in front of a cemetery online.

However, the reality turned out to be quite different. Serbian photographer Vesna Mihajloski was the one who took the picture.

She went to the cemetery to find out why the dog had dug the hole and found a surprising find

It was discovered that the dog had never attempted to dig up the grave. It had a completely different motive when it dug the hole.

The mother dog was simply a stray dog looking for a place to shelter her puppies; she did not at all grieve for the loss of a deceased owner.
